Appointment bookings, payment at the studio, late arrivals, no-shows and cancellations are governed by our Booking & Cancellation Policy. 1. Services and Information on This Website
We describe our services, prices and durations as accurately as we can. Images on the website may include illustrative images. If information on the site is incorrect, we will tell you before providing the service and you may choose not to proceed, in which case you will not be charged for it.
2. Bookings and Payments
Online appointments are booked without online payment and are confirmed automatically when you complete the booking form, as explained in the Booking & Cancellation Policy. You pay for your service in person at the studio. Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment, as set out in the Booking & Cancellation Policy. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Any applicable taxes will be confirmed by the studio before the service starts.
3. Your Appointment
Please tell us about allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions or previous treatments that may affect your service before it starts. Our professionals may decline or adjust a service if it could be unsafe or unsuitable; in that case we will discuss options with you, and if no service is provided for that reason you will not be charged for it. Our services are cosmetic and do not replace medical advice.
4. Conduct and Safety
We ask all clients to treat staff and other clients with respect. We may refuse or end a service in case of abusive behavior or unsafe conditions.
