This Booking & Cancellation Policy applies to appointments booked online with Vegas Hair Studio, 15228 E Colonial Dr, Orlando, FL 32826. Please read it before you book. It works together with our Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
1. Booking Online, Paying in Person
You can book an appointment online without paying in advance. No card or online payment is requested when you book. You pay for your service in person at Vegas Hair Studio when you receive it.
2. Prices
The price of a service is confirmed by the studio before the service starts. Where prices are shown on this website they are informative and are in U.S. dollars. Prices are not published on this website; Vegas Hair Studio confirms the price of each service before it starts. Any applicable taxes will be confirmed by the studio before the service starts.
3. Automatic Confirmation
Your appointment is confirmed automatically as soon as you complete the booking form and see the confirmation on screen. The selected time is reserved for you and is no longer offered to other clients. A message with the details of your appointment is also sent to the email address you provide. All appointment times are shown in Orlando local time (Eastern Time, America/New_York). Confirmation and notification messages are sent through the studio’s own email system, as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Late Arrival (10-Minute Grace Period)
We hold your appointment for up to 10 minutes after the scheduled start time. If you arrive later than that, Vegas Hair Studio may treat the appointment as a no-show and release the reserved time. If you arrive within the grace period, your appointment still ends at its scheduled time so that the next client is not delayed, which may mean a shorter or adjusted service.
5. No-Show
If you do not attend your appointment, or arrive more than 10 minutes late and your appointment is released, authorized studio staff may record the appointment as a no-show. A no-show is recorded manually; it is not applied automatically. Because nothing is paid online, no online charge is made for a missed appointment. Vegas Hair Studio does not charge deposits, penalties or fees for missed appointments.
6. Studio-Initiated Cancellation
If Vegas Hair Studio cannot provide a confirmed service (for example, because of a scheduling error, staff unavailability or a closure), we will contact you and offer a new appointment or another appropriate solution.
7. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
If your appointment is less than 24 hours away, please contact Vegas Hair Studio directly for assistance. Exceptions are subject to the salon’s discretion.
How it works: you can cancel or reschedule with the links in your confirmation email up to 24 hours before the start time of your appointment (Orlando time, America/New_York). Inside that period the links stop working and the online system will not accept the change; call (786) 925-7008 or email mairinvegacu975@gmail.com. This rule applies in the same way to every online booking, whatever the service, professional or language. Nothing is charged online for a cancellation or a change.
8. Services With Variable or “From” Prices
Some services, such as color, balayage, highlights or extensions, can vary in price depending on hair length, technique or complexity. For these services the studio will confirm the price with you before the service starts, and you pay only the amount you agreed.
